360lipo.co is operated by Scout Theory LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Information you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you enter, together with a note of which site and page the message came from. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send in that message, including your phone number in the case of WhatsApp.
Provider partner applications. If you apply as a clinic, surgeon, practice manager, or other business contact, we receive the business and professional information you choose to submit, such as practice name, work contact details, website, service area, procedures, facility information, and credential-verification links. We use this information to evaluate and administer potential business relationships. Do not submit patient medical records or protected health information through the provider application.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people move through the site. This collects standard web analytics data: approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring site, pages viewed, and interactions such as opening a zone on the zone map or clicking a WhatsApp link. We do not attempt to identify individual readers from analytics data.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for, want, or knowingly store health information, medical records, photographs of your body, or any other sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not send medical records or clinical photographs through the contact form.
How we use it
Messages you send are used to answer you and, where you have asked for help comparing options, to introduce you to relevant information or providers. Analytics data is used in aggregate to decide what to write next. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your contact details with third parties except where you have explicitly asked us to connect you with someone.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish returning visitors and measure sessions. You can block or delete these through your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on, without losing access to any content on this site. We do not run advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.
Third parties
Form submissions are processed through Google Apps Script and stored in Google Sheets. Analytics is provided by Google. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. WhatsApp links open Meta's WhatsApp service. Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy.
Retention
Contact form submissions are retained while they remain useful for correspondence and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained according to the default Google Analytics retention period.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email andy@colombiamedical.co and we will action it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we will honour those requests regardless of jurisdiction.
Children
This site covers elective surgery for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
